Scorched oak bowl #2

26cm x 8cm - A carved and scorched bowl in oak by designer and woodcarver Jamie Gaunt
 
This bowl has a gentle curve with a strong grain. After carving, the bowl was heavily scorched and wire brushed to reveal the grain. It then received 2 coats of Tung oil to provide a beautiful tough and elegant, food safe finish
